Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:

All of our products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee return and exchange window. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags, legible barcode, AND armor padding (if included with purchase). Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Orders that have passed the return policy window, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted. 

  • Customer-selected sizing errors do not alter our return policy, including items marked as final sale. We encourage customers to carefully review our sizing charts prior to purchase.

US - Free Exchanges & Store Credit:

US exchanges and returns for store credit are free and easy, just drop your items off at one of our 500+ Return Bar locations or we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to you. 

  • All exchanges are shipped with standard shipping.

  • You will receive an email with your new order number within 24 hours of dropping the item off at a Return Bar location or shipping the item back. If you have not received an email after 24 hours please contact our customer service team directly via returns@nbtclothing.com.

  • We are unable to change or edit the shipping address for the new exchange order.

  • Exchanges cannot be made for a different item. You can only exchange your item for a different color and/or size.

  • Store credit is issued via E-Gift Card and can be used to make a future purchase.

US - Refunds:

  • A $7.50  return shipping fee (processing fee) will be deducted from your refund for all US returns. If you select store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.

  • You will receive an email with your refund confirmation within 24 hours of dropping the item off at a Return Bar location or shipping the item back. If you have not received an email after 24 hours please contact our customer service team directly via returns@nbtclothing.com.

  • Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account. 

  • Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

International Returns & Exchanges:

NBT Clothing does not cover the cost of international returns for exchanges or refunds. International customers are to arrange their own return shipping label. If an exchange is processed, international customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the new order, including any associated import fees. Further details regarding our international shipping policy can be found here.

  • When shipping the return internationally, please request a tracking number from the carrier for your records.

  • If you have not received an email with a refund confirmation or new order confirmation within 24 hours of your return being delivered, please contact our customer service team directly via returns@nbtclothing.com.

  • It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method once the items are received at the warehouse.

What is the Return Bar?

We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable exchanges and returns. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

  • Returns and exchanges when you drop off at a Happy Returns Location. (If you choose to return for a refund there will be a $10 processing fee.)

  • No box or label needed

  • Thousands of Return Bar locations nationwide

  • Refund or exchange initiated at drop off

  • Return Bar returns are more sustainable than mail returns!

Full refunds will be made to you original form of payment only. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team (returns@nbtclothing.com) should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help. Items must be returned in your original NBT barcoded polybag and with ALL PADS included.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

To ship an item back to NBT using a shipping label please:

  • Pack your item(s) and affix the mailing label to the top of the package.

  • Mail your package.

  • Refund or exchange initiated at carrier scan.
