Good quality jeans - sizing is off

Good quality jeans. Definitely comfortable.
Giving 4 stars because of the sizing. I started off with a 14 based off the sizing grid. It was WAY off. It was way too big for me. My waist is 35 and my hips are 47.5 inches. So I already know finding a good size is tough. However I got the size to fit my hips and they were extremely big and they give quite a bit more stretch then I thought. I returned and ordered a size down and still wayyyy too big.

Instead of returning and trying another size I just used me credit to get a couple different items. The return policy was very easy. I just wish the pants would be a closer fit. I know my size proportions are very different but I just don’t think the sizing guide is accurate at all.
