If for any reason you have not received a confirmation email or haven't heard from us and your estimated shipping window has passed, email our Customer Support Team at info@nbtclothing.com with your order number and we're more than happy to check in on your order status.

Domestic

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $200 for orders within contiguous US. For orders less than $200 standard ground shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Your items will typically be shipped within 3-8 business days after order is placed unless an item is on backorder or we experience a surge in orders due to new product launches or large sales. We ship Monday - Friday and the cut off for expedited shipping is 11am Friday. We can NOT ship expedited on weekends or holidays.

International Buyers Import Charges

Rates and shipping times vary depending on country. Our standard shipping service is USPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail International is used for International shipments.

Import fees (including taxes and customs charges) will apply for the country you're sending the item to. The fees are usually based on the item's price, shipping weight, dimensions, and country of origin, plus any taxes, duties, and fees from the country you're sending the item to. Buyers are responsible for paying import fees, usually as part of clearing their parcel through customs or when they receive their item.

CE stands for Conformité Européenne, a European standard that measures how well protective gear performs under impact, abrasion, and other real-world riding conditions. A CE certification means the product has been tested and certified against strict performance benchmarks for rider safety.

Independent certification labs that specialize in motorcycle safety equipment are the only organizations authorized to certify products like NBT’s as CE certified. These labs follow the established European safety standard EN 17092.

Yes. At NBT we rigorously test our gear in development and production to ensure it meets or exceeds CE standards. However, only an independent, accredited certification lab can officially certify a product as CE-rated.

CE certified gear has been proven to provide a higher level of protection in real-world crashes. It gives riders confidence that their clothing isn’t just stylish, it’s built to keep them safer when it matters most. Without CE certification, you’re trusting luck, not proven protection.

CE ratings use a sliding scale from A up to AAA. A provides essential protection for lighter rides with reinforcement at key hot spots like shoulders, elbows, and knees. AA offers advanced protection for most road riding, adding hot spot reinforcement to the hips for broader lower-body coverage. AAA is the highest level, designed for the toughest conditions with maximum defense across shoulders, elbows, knees, hips, torso, and seat.

All our protective tops and bottoms are CE certified, while some others are lifestyle-focused pieces. We clearly label which items are CE-certified so you can make an informed choice based on your riding style and protection needs.
