US Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:
All of our products carry a risk-free 30-day satisfaction guarantee return and exchange window, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags, legible barcode, AND armor padding (if included with purchase). US returns are free and easy, just drop your items off at one of our 500+ Return Bar locations or we will provide a prepaid return shipping label to you.

*Product must be unused, includes tags, and all armor padding is accounted for. (4 pieces for our pants & 5 pieces for our hoodie and flannel).
Common Return Questions:
Can I return a sale item?
All orders are eligible for a return or exchange of any item within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale (those Final Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange).
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you, right away.
If I am exchanging an item, when will I receive my exchange?
Once your return tracking is updated, our automated system will process your replacement exchange order (US returns only). You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.
If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?
Once your return tracking is updated, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.
International returns: It can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method once the items are received at the warehouse.
I have not received my refund?
If you see a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely to be only pre-authorization and not a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid by PayPal, then the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund back to your account.
Credit Card Refunds
Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method.
These are usually immediate, so if you have received confirmation that a refund was issued but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly, so that we can investigate further.

We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable exchanges and returns. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

Full refunds will be made to you original form of payment only. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team (email@example.com) should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help. Items must be returned in your original NBT barcoded polybag and with ALL PADS included.

Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
All domestic orders will include a FREE prepaid return mailing label. To ship an item back to NBT please:
- Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.
- If you are including items from multiple orders please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.
- Mail your package.
