We know the true test of any riding gear is how you feel when you ride. That’s why we’re offering a 100 RIDE GUARANTEE. Instead of a standard 30-day return window where you can't wash or wear the clothing, your NBT order has a 100 day, no-questions-asked guarantee. If you decide they’re not up to the job just send them back and we’ll give you a full refund. We'll even pay for your return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Full refunds will be made to you original form of payment only. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team (email@example.com) should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help. Items must be returned in your original NBT barcoded polybag, undamaged, and with ALL PADS included. Please include your order # and RMA on a piece of paper inside of the package as the outer label is often destroyed during shipping and we can't track the return.
*For U.S. customers ONLY, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURNS:
All domestic orders will include a FREE prepaid return mailing label. Please do NOT return damaged/defective items. To ship an item back to NBT please:
- Pack your item(s) and affix the prepaid mailing label to the top of the package.
- If you are including items from multiple orders please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.
- Mail your package using one of the following methods:
- You can leave the package at a location (your mailbox) that has a daily USPS pick up. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.
- Alternatively, you can drop your package at a USPS location.

Due to our warehouse being super busy returns take us 10-14 business days (we apologize) to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
