Refund policy

Refund / Exchange / Return Policy

All of our products carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items must be unworn, with the exception of trying on, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with tags and legible barcodes attached.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

Returns and exchanges can be initiated through our Returns Portal, powered by Redo.

Orders that are outside of the return window, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted.

For defective or damaged items, returns or exchanges will be accepted within the 30-day window, provided the item meets the criteria for return. Outside of this window, damaged or defective items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at returns@nbtclothing.com and include clear images of the issue.

Customer-selected sizing errors do not alter our return policy, including for items marked as Final Sale. We strongly encourage customers to review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

US Exchanges & Store Credit

US exchanges and returns for store credit are simple. After submitting your request through Redo, drop off your return package with the designated carrier or shipping location, such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or another approved carrier shown in the portal.

All exchange orders are shipped via standard shipping.

You will receive an email with your new exchange order number once your return has been scanned or processed. If you have not received an email within 24 hours of the return being scanned, please contact our customer service team at returns@nbtclothing.com.

We are unable to change or edit the shipping address for a new exchange order once it has been created.

You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or eligible product. If the new item has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Store credit is issued as an E-Gift Card and can be used toward a future purchase. Customers who choose store credit instead of a refund will receive an additional $20 in store credit.

US Refunds

A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for US returns if you did not purchase Free Returns and Exchanges at checkout.

If you purchased Free Returns and Exchanges at checkout, your eligible return for refund will not be subject to the $15 return processing fee.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been scanned or processed for refund. If you have not received an email within 24 hours of your return being scanned, please contact our customer service team at returns@nbtclothing.com.

Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, funds may take up to 10 business days to post to your account.

Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.

International Returns & Exchanges

NBT Clothing does not cover the cost of international returns for exchanges or refunds. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label.

If an exchange is processed, international customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the new order, including any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees. Further details regarding our international shipping policy can be found here.

When shipping an international return, please request a tracking number from the carrier for your records.

If you have not received an email with your refund confirmation or new exchange order confirmation within 24 hours of your return being delivered, please contact our customer service team at returns@nbtclothing.com.

International refunds may take up to 21 business days to credit back to your original payment method once the returned items are received at our warehouse.

What is Redo?

We partner with Redo to offer a simple online returns and exchanges process. Start your return online, select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and follow the instructions provided.

If you purchased Free Returns and Exchanges at checkout, there will be no $15 return processing fee for your eligible return or exchange.

If you opted out of Free Returns and Exchanges at checkout and choose to return your item for a refund, a $15 return processing fee will apply.

Conditions

Items should be returned in the original NBT barcoded polybag, with original tags attached whenever possible. Items must still meet the return conditions listed in our return policy.

For refunds, all pads must be included with the returned item.

For exchanges, please return the garment only and keep your pads. Exchange items do not automatically include a new set of pads unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Your Return Back to NBT

To ship an item back to NBT using a return shipping label:

  1. Pack your item(s) securely.

  2. Affix the mailing label to the top of the package.

  3. Mail your package using the carrier shown on the label.

Refunds or exchanges may be initiated once the package is scanned by the carrier or once the return is processed, depending on the return type.
