I’ve bought a handful of gear, and let me tell you the people at NBT know what they’re doing the hoodie/pants I’ve gotten from them makes me wish I would’ve bought from them originally. Not only is it comfortable and breathable, but the armor included does a great job at keeping you safe. Highly recommend anyone reading this review to try them out. Will not be disappointed. From great products to exceptional customer service. I know where I’m going to be shopping and recommending other riders to go for now on.

To be completely transparent, when I read/saw reviews for this company over a year ago about how these were knock offs with zero protection or ratings, I made sure to stay clear and never considered them. But after revamping their product to include CE AA ratings across the board, it completely changed my mind. Genuinely, I have so much respect and appreciation for a company like this to make those changes and truly listen to their community. I can’t think of many companies that do that. To obtain a AA certification on your products comes with a hefty cost per garment if I had to guess. So taking that into consider too, just shows they truly care.

Bought the hoodie and cargo pants bundle and was impressed out of the box with the fit and finish of the garments. They look great and I feel at home wearing them. They feel very heavy-duty and well-made. The navy hoodie is almost more dark gray rather than blue, which I like. There are a lot of thoughtful details such as zipper pockets in the hoodie and heel hooks in the cargo pants to keep the ankle portion down. This purchase is money well-spent.

Since I have not worn other riding gear, I have no point of reference for comfort level. But this outfit truly feels like standard, heavy-duty outwear, taken to the next level.

It feels like a regular mid-weight hoodie. I don’t really feel any of the armor. Also the front pocket with the zippers on both sides is awesome even with gloves it’s still easy to use. I’ve worn it on 80° days and it was still very comfortable. It looks great I’ve received multiple compliments while wearing it too.

Great hoodie, great material, definitely feel the protection it offers. However the elbow armor sits a little too high and it wont cup my elbow properly. I tried readjusting the elbows several times and it wont work. I would give it 5 stars but unfortunately it is useless without the elbow armor properly fitting. Considering returning it for that very reason.
