Got into an accident the first night out wearing this sadly, avoided a deer that jumped in front of me at night and ended up in a ditch, but this thing was amazing, I ended up with a broken shoulder because of how I landed but nothing made it through the flannel and it held up way better than I thought at first. All said and done glad I was wearing this when it happend because it could have ended up much worse for me for sure.

The flannel is great! It’s comfortable and keeps me surprisingly cool. I’m out here cursing in the 110+ degree Arizona summer and the flannel makes a huge difference in comfort.

I'm a hefty dude, 6'2" and about 270lbs. It's not muscle, unfortunately, but a rather pronounced belly. Based on advise here, and the sizing I ordered a XXL, and it's almost perfect. Fit's my chest great, lines up on the shoulders great, elbow pads exactly where they out to be. But unfortunately, it is a bit snug around my middle, because... well, it's slightly bigger than my chest... heh heh heh It does seem to stretch a bit, so it's still zipable & snapable, just a little snug. Perhaps it'll stretch out a bit more over time & use? I don't want to try a 3XL, because it wouldn't fit elsewhere...

I bought this shirt for my father-in-law who is an avid bike rider. Gave it to him for his birthday and BOOM instant hit. The fit was great, the style was right on, and it gave us all a little peace of mind knowing if he were in an accident he has a little something to to protect himself. I purchased gloves, a hoodie, and a flannel. Next on my list is the aramid edition pants.
